We met many different request for steel pole plate cut. some customer want CNC gantry type plasma or flame cutting machine. while some customers want mechanic shearing machine. Which one can be suitable for you?

CNC Plasma cutting machine
is suitable for various profiles according design, like electric check doors, assembling holes. It is very common for small pole assemble parts, like base disc, extension parts. Plate thickness can be different. while, the cutting speed is lower compare with mechanic shear. so normally it is suitable for small quantity pole making.

Mechanic shearing machine
mechanic shear only can cut straightly. so it is only for steel pole main body cut. The cutting speed is much higher. there is no inner stress after cutting. It is good for pole welding and forming.
